With over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance and M&A advisory, Germán Rovira has led, advised, and executed more than 300 transactions exceeding €20 billion in combined value.
Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of a diversified business group with interests in real estate, renewable energy, wealth management, hospitality, shipbuilding, and tourism, Mr. Rovira manages a consolidated portfolio generating over €100 million in annual revenue and more than €15 million in EBITDA.
